Understand the context
A browser-to-CDN connection, a CDN-to-origin connection, and an internal service connection are separate cryptographic boundaries. Their providers and supported mechanisms can differ. Protecting one hop does not establish the properties of the next hop, stored information, user authentication, or software supply-chain signatures.
Plan the work
Map TLS termination, reverse proxies, load balancers, VPNs, SSH, PKI, signing systems, and key-management services where they fall inside the agreed scope. For each boundary identify peers, protocol versions, trust anchors, ownership, and supported configuration. Treat hybrid key establishment as a specific protocol construction, not a generic label that can be applied to every integration.
Evidence to review
Inspect actual negotiation in an authorized test environment. Include certificate-chain size, handshake fragmentation, network middleboxes, timeout behavior, and older clients in compatibility checks. Confirm whether a PQC-related option covers key establishment, authentication, or both. Capture exact library versions and configuration alongside the test results.
Limits and next steps
Provider and protocol support changes over time. Check current normative specifications and vendor documentation for the exact configuration. Do not claim that this website’s Cloudflare-to-browser connection proves end-to-end PQC protection for Supabase, LINE, or every visitor. Publish only the boundaries that were actually observed and their limitations.
